Education and Special Educational Needs
- Lancashire County Council has statutory responsibility for children with special educational needs and disabilities. The SEND local offer, as well as SEND Navigators in each Family Hub, can offer help and advice:
- Lancashire SEND Information and Advice Service is a statutory service which is run at ‘arm’s length’ from the Local Authority and provides free, confidential, impartial advice, guidance and support, to parents of children with special educational needs and children and young people with SEND.
